Distributor: How to Request Natioanl Loaners from Manfacturer

Note: In order to request loaners, you need to be connected to a manufacturer that is using Surgio. If you have any questions, please reach out to our team at support@surgio.com.

More details on scheduling a case

Start scheduling a case by clicking on the green plus icon and selecting “Schedule Case.”

Select "National Loaner" from the case configuration.

Select what trays you would like to request and select the number of trays you would like shipped. 

By saving the case you requesting national loaners.

Keeping track of loaner progress:

Once the case is saved, you can keep track of the tray status. The progress will be tracked from trays added to the case to the trays shipped.
