Manage Notifications: Changing Personal Notification Preferences

Click on your “Account Settings” icon
Select “My Preferences”
Select “Notification Preferences”
From this page you can change your preferences on when cases are scheduled, updated and when todos are added/modified.
When you are done changing your preferences, make sure to click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
