How to Request or Ship National Loaners Using “Other Address”

When selecting “Other Address” while requesting or shipping national loaners, you have the option to choose from previous addresses or create new ones.

Here’s how to manage addresses for different categories:

• My Account: Add or select an address for your account.

• Distributor: Add or select an address for a distributor. This address will appear in the distributor’s contact information.

• Warehouse Location: Add or select an address for a warehouse.

• Hospital Location: Add or select an address for a hospital. This address will appear in the hospital’s contact information.

Managing Addresses

• To add a new address, click on the green plus (+) icon.
• To edit an existing address, click on the yellow pencil icon.

Once you add or create a new address, the address will appear in the shipping information.
