The Inventory Report is designed to support monthly accounting. It aggregates part numbers with total columns across a selected date range, location, and trays.
How to run the report:
- Go to the Report page and find the Inventory Accounting tab.
- Select the date range you want to view.
- Apply any of the following filters to narrow your results:
- Account — Filter by a specific account
- Location — Filter by a specific location
- Kit — Filter by trays used on the case
Optionally, refine the results further by activity type:
- Only show parts with activity
- Sold
- Billed
- Imported
- Deleted
