How to Use the Inventory Activity Report

The Inventory Activity report helps you track the movement of items and filter data based on various attributes.

Accessing the Report

1. Go to the Reports section.

2. Click on the Inventory Report tab.

Viewing Item Movement

You can view the movement history of items directly on the table or by exporting the data.

• To view the full movement history of a specific item, click on the Item ID. This will take you to the item’s detailed movement history.

• To view the full movement history of a specific item, click on the Item ID. This will take you to the item’s detailed movement history.

Filters

Top Filters:

• Location

• Hospital

• User Groups

• Activity Item Status: Includes Billed, Sold, Deleted, Imported, and Shipped

Column Filters:

• Item Status: Available, Missing, Unknown

• Part Number

• Part Description

• Lot Code

• Serial Number

• Last Movement Date

• Date Created

Note: You can update User Groups by going to Settings > User Groups.

Exporting Data

After applying your filters:

• Click the Export button to download the filtered results as a CSV file for further analysis or record-keeping.
