How to Access and Use the Turns Report

Navigate to the Reports Page

• Click on Reports in the navigation bar.

Open the Turns Tab

• Select the Turns tab from the available options.

Filter Your Report

• Use the following filters to refine your report:
  • Location
  • Lead Time (in days)
  • Date Range

Understand Column Calculations and Values

• Quantity Sold: The total number of items sold with the part number during the selected timeframe (default is 30 days but can be adjusted using the date selector).
• Quantity Sold per Day: The Quantity Sold divided by the number of days in the selected timeframe (default is 30 days).
• Days of Inventory: The total inventory count divided by the Quantity Sold per Day.
• Inventory Count: The total count of this part number currently in inventory.
• Par: Calculated as:
  $(QuantitySoldperDay\times TotalDaysSelected)+(LeadTime\times QuantitySoldperDay)$
• Over/Under: The difference between the Inventory Count and the Par value.

Once you’ve applied your desired filters, click Export CSV option to download the report.
