On the Usage Page:
Clicking on the 3 dots next to items > Click on Report Product Incident.
When you report the PIR report on the usage page the case number and item number will auto populate.
From the Dashboard:
In the top right corner, click on the white plus icon and click Report Product Incident.
This will open up a blank report. You are required to add a case number and part number to submit the report.
