When a user adds a usage item but enters their own lot code instead of selecting an available one, a red exclamation icon will show on the usage page, operation calendar, and bill sheet.
To enable the feature - go to Settings > Organizations > App Settings > Click on the feature.
You cannot add a PO until the lot code is updated.
You can see the list of items that need to be updated on the inventory page > Billing Exceptions.
