1. Find your Case
Enter the case number in the case number field
or
Filter by date and check “Open POs”
2. Click on Usage
When you find your case, click on it.
In the top right corner, click on Usage.
3. Add Items
On the usage page, click “Add Item.” Scanning is available for some items.
A list of part numbers will start populating once you begin typing in the part number.
Note: By clicking “Save And Add Another,” you can save the item and a new Add Item pop-up will display.
4. Upload images
Add photos, files, and PDF's to the case by clicking "Upload Files".
You will be able to select files from your computer. If you are on a mobile device you will be able to take a photo and upload it.
5. Send bill sheet
Once you add an item to the case you are able to preview, sign, and send the bill sheet.
6. Add PO
When you add the P.O. number to the case the "P.O. Number Date" will automatically generate.
