A PO number can be added to the usage page to keep all the information in one place.
1. Find your Case
Putting the case number in the case number field
or
Filter by date and check "Open POs"
2. In the top left corner - click on the Usage page
3. Add the PO number
The PO number date will automatically be added
Note: To see a complete list of all the open POs, click on Reports in the navigation bar > click Revenue on the tab > on the right, click on PO Staus and select Open.
This will list all of the open POs.
